Ben

Oh mid-term break..

Long days of lazing around and puzzlement over dinner plans for nearly a whole week..

What would this bring forth? Well, something amusing, of course.

Strolling out of Ginza Mall, happily licking at our ice-cream cones and exchanging the most crappiest views we could ever think of, we couldn't help but notice a wagging tail. Tagging along was a handsome fella, brown-coated and with a long waggy tail. Hmm..we looked around, waiting for the owner to appear yet there was no one.

Unperturbed, we continued our walk, concentrating on the ice-cream. However, Ben was still following us. Everytime we paused and look at him, he would response with a waggy tail and well,a friendly look. Adorably cute.

A few moments later, we peeped behind us. Ben was still happily trotting along with us! Oh no, this time we thought it must be our ice-creams. He's after that. There's no other reason. He didn't look like a stray as he had a collar on him. We didn't want to give him our ice-creams for fear he would follow us back to hall.

In an attempt to lose Ben, we made a dash to hide behind the trunk of a tree while he had walked off in front of us. Unfortunately i was a bit slow and the short little doggie saw me just when i was running off. Silently, behind the tree, we hoped that he didn't notice us. Sad to say, our wish did not come true. He was peeping at us, with a confused look. We gave up at that point, wondering what will happen to him if he really followed us back to hall.

Sensing our next chance a few moments later, again we dashed to the nearest tree. This time around he didn't pay attention to us anymore. He just scrambled on. After awhile, we emerged from our hiding place, dog-free. Phew~!

This is the story of our encounter with Ben. He found his way home after all.
